Eva Fraysse hasn’t been always called Eva Fraysse. At the time she was a student at the Hotel Management School in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, she was better known as Brecht Eva van den Bergh. Some say it’s easier.

Claude Fraysse was already called like that when he met her in a Parisian hotel on the Grands Boulevards. At the time, he had just obtained his diploma at the Jean Drouant Hotelschool of Paris.

After working for many years in several four star hotels in Paris, they decided to buy a place of their own. They took over the Grand Hotel de la Poste in June 2008.
