The website
The website of the Grand Hotel de la Poste, www.ghpsalon.com, is not a website for commerce. The website has been made by Térence Bressan (www.newexcellence.fr) in order to present the hotel, the rates and the rooms at its best to all internauts. The pictures on the website are used to present the different room types and are in no way binding. Each room has its own style and decoration.
The reservation
A reservation request can only be considered as firm and definite when the Grand Hotel de la Poste has provided a personalised and written confirmation of the reservation in answer to the request.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival and in case of a no-show, a one night penalty will be charged.
Arrival and Departure
The rooms are available for arrival between 3 pm and 9.30 pm. The latest check-out time is 11 am. For all exceptions, please contact us by phone (+33 (0)4 90 56 01 94) between 8 am and 9.30 pm, reception opening hours.
Settlement of invoice
The invoice has to be settled on the spot at the moment when the hotelier asks you so, depending on the number of nights, the payment method and the hotel’s activity. Credit cards and cash are accepted, bank cheques will be refused due to numerous unpaid returns.
Information and liberties
According to the French law of Information and Liberties (law n° 78-17 of 6th January 1978), we inform you that the information collected from the reservation request form is necessary for the treatment of your reservation.
The information is exclusively used by the Grand Hotel de la Poste in Salon-de-Provence to inform you correctly about the rooms, rates and services.
The information will only be kept for the period necessary for the treatment of your reservation and your stay at the hotel. You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete your information. You can exercise your right by writing us. However, it won’t be necessary to exercise this right after your stay at the Grand Hotel de la Poste or if you cancel your reservation or if you do not confirm your reservation while all information you concerning will be destroyed after your departure, your cancellation or your non-confirmation.
